  • Profile content: Information advisors provide about their background, experience, and areas of expertise.
  • Payment information: Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information.
  • Calendar data: If you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar to enable session scheduling.
  • Usage data: Information about how you use the platform, including pages visited and sessions booked.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google: OAuth login and Google Calendar integration. Your use of Google services is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with the third-party services listed above, as necessary to operate the platform, or as required by law.

5. Data Protection

Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data, including data we receive from Google APIs. We use encryption to protect your information: data is transmitted between your device and our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before being stored in our database. Access to user data in our database is restricted by security policies so that users can only access their own information.

6. Children’s Privacy

ThinkUp Social is not directed at children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at support@thinkupsocial.com and we will promptly remove their information. Users between 13 and 17 should have parental or guardian consent before using the platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@thinkupsocial.com.
